PagIbig Calamity loan opens for typhoon Pedring and Quiel victims

Typhoon Pedring and Quiel victims can now avail of the PagIbig calamity loan as it opens up for application of members of HDMF. This was according to an announcement by a local news network in the Philippines, TV Patrol last night as featured in a video.
